A while ago, I announced that Naomi Campbell and Talenthouse were coming together to find a new model and photographer to take part in a Glamour Magazine shoot with Naomi.
More than 8000 aspiring models and photographers submitted entries in the Talenthouse creative invite for the unparalleled opportunity to work alongside Naomi Campbell and Glamour Magazine. Following the first round of online voting from Talenthouse’s global community, Campbell and Elvin were presented with the Top 100 entries to make the final selection.
After a two month long search, Talenthouse, Naomi Campbell and Glamour Magazine UK editor Jo Elvin yesterday announced the aspiring model and photographer selected for Talenthouse’s latest creative invite. Hailing from Slovakia, Miro Arva has been selected from thousands of entries as the winning photographer and Sabrina Rocha, 22 of Miami Beach, Florida as the top model.
As the winners, both Arva and Rocha will participate in a shoot with Naomi Campbell to be featured in Glamour Magazine’s August issue.
“The entries for the Talenthouse creative invite have been incredible. I had so much fun looking at the entries and it was really difficult to choose the winner from so many excellent entries,” said Campbell. “Miro Arva and Sabrina Rocha are both incredibly talented individuals. I’m very much looking forward to working with both of them.”
Jo Elvin, editor of Glamour Magazine added, “The competition has been fun and we have been overwhelmed with the talent. We are delighted to be in partnership with both Naomi and Talenthouse and we are thrilled with the winners.”
Sabrina has said “I’m ecstatic! This opportunity with Naomi Campbell and Glamour is so unbelievably thrilling and
wondrous! I feel super blessed and can’t wait to shoot the photos of my life!”
Miro specializes in fashion and beauty photography, with focus on working with young emerging fashion designers and building model portfolios. Beside his photography as primary focus, Miro does all the post production to his photographs. He is currently living in London, and hoping to find a stable team of creative people whom he can work with on cutting edge fashion editorial and commercial projects.
Miro has said “I am so grateful to be part of this and with such a positive result. I did not really expect that I could win and I am still shocked. I am sending a big thank you to all at Talenthouse. I am really looking forward to collaborating with all people involved.”
Good Luck guys, Naomi isn’t easy to please!
